We value your trust and strive to provide high-quality education and support. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms applicable to all course purchases, subscriptions, and training services provided through our website www.ersegment.com.


1. Course Enrollment and Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
  • Once your payment is successfully processed, your enrollment is confirmed, and course access details are provided via email or dashboard.
  • Payments are accepted through secure gateways (such as Razorpay) and are subject to their respective transaction terms.

2. Refund Eligibility

We understand that situations may arise requiring a refund. Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

Full or Partial Refund may be approved if:

  • The course access has not been activated within 7 days of purchase.
  • You were charged twice due to a payment gateway or technical error.
  • The course or program you enrolled in has been cancelled or discontinued by ERSEGMENT.

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • You have already accessed or downloaded course materials.
  • You have attended live sessions, labs, or downloaded completion certificates.
  • The refund request is made after 7 days of enrollment.
  • You enrolled under a special offer, discount, or bundled program.
  • Non-attendance or inability to continue due to personal reasons (internet, hardware, or scheduling issues).

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Email your request to support@ersegment.com within 7 days of payment.
  2. Include the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Registered Email ID
    • Course or Program Name
    • Payment Transaction ID / Invoice Number
    • Reason for Refund
  3. Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with the status.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Course Transfer or Replacement

If you are not satisfied with the purchased course, you can request a transfer to another course of equal or lesser value (subject to approval) within 7 days, provided the original course content was not accessed.
Any difference in price must be paid before the transfer.


5. Internship, Placement & Certification Programs

  • Fees for internship or placement programs are non-refundable once onboarding or training has started.
  • In exceptional cases, management may consider partial refunds after evaluating your circumstances.

6. Digital Products and Downloadables

  • No refunds are applicable for digital downloads, templates, or software licenses included in your purchase.
  • Access once granted cannot be revoked or transferred.

7. Legal & Compliance

This Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).
All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
