Payments and Refunds

All course fees are final unless explicitly stated in a formal written agreement. No refunds will be provided once platform access is activated. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without proper escalation will result in permanent account suspension.

User Conduct

Users must not:

• Exploit security vulnerabilities
  
• Perform penetration testing on ersegment.com infrastructure
  
• Upload malware, scripts, or unauthorized software tools
  

Any such violation will trigger immediate legal action and permanent removal from the platform.

Certification Disclaimer

Completion of any training program does not guarantee employment, salary increases, or certification success. Outcomes depend solely on the learner’s effort, skill development, and practical application.

Limitation of Liability

ersegment.com shall not be liable for any business loss, data loss, reputational damage, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, course content, or service interruptions.

Governing Law
